Real Results: How LION Drives Success Across Industries
LION was hired by a nationwide legal insurance company to completely overhaul their existing strategy to recruit and retain the attorneys that represent their customers.
We developed an attorney email marketing strategy and timeline which included proven tactics to increase conversions and retention. The strategy established three distinct marketing pipelines: Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention. Each of these pipelines included 6 email automations, and each of the automations included 13 segmented audiences. During creation and execution, each pipeline needed to be carefully interwoven with one another as well as with pre-existing automations, triggers, and distribution lists. Once everything was set up within their email marketing platform, we tested extensively and exhaustively to ensure all automations operated as planned.
We also drafted targeted emails that would deploy through the automations. These emails contributed significantly to the doubling of website email referrals.
LION also supported the client through social media efforts. We drafted 60+ social media posts, curated newsletters, and wrote LinkedIn blog posts.
LION was contracted by a DC-based association to survey their members in order to gain a deeper understanding of what their members want and how best to engage them. We were tasked with developing a survey that would provide information on which members were engaged, the level of engagement at their members’ organizations, the value of the association membership, and overall member satisfaction.
LION deployed a 25-question survey divided into three sections: Demographics, Engagement, and Satisfaction. We additionally drafted accompanying emails, developed the deployment timeline, and created an engagement strategy for redeployments.
The survey emails garnered a near-40% open rate with a 22% click-through-rate. The membership survey was so well received, nearly 20% of the respondents requested additional information on ways to get more involved in the association.
The LION-driven survey achieved over a 450% respondent increase from the association’s previous, self-deployed membership survey.
We were engaged as the marketing partner for a client with six annual events, tasked with driving event awareness, engagement, and ultimately revenue. The focus was on creating an integrated marketing strategy with a detailed execution plan to boost attendance and enhance the financial success of these events. Here’s a breakdown of our approach:

- House Ad Campaigns: LION designed and ran internal ad campaigns that were strategically placed across multiple touchpoints, promoting the events and encouraging engagement.
- Surveys & Audience Feedback: To refine their approach and measure success, LION solicited feedback through surveys, providing actionable insights into attendee preferences and behavior.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: By closely analyzing marketing metrics, LION was able to monitor the success of each campaign and make data-driven decisions, fine-tuning strategies to maximize results.
