LION was hired by a nationwide legal insurance company to completely overhaul their existing strategy to recruit and retain the attorneys that represent their customers.

We developed an attorney email marketing strategy and timeline which included proven tactics to increase conversions and retention. The strategy established three distinct marketing pipelines: Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention. Each of these pipelines included 6 email automations, and each of the automations included 13 segmented audiences. During creation and execution, each pipeline needed to be carefully interwoven with one another as well as with pre-existing automations, triggers, and distribution lists. Once everything was set up within their email marketing platform, we tested extensively and exhaustively to ensure all automations operated as planned.

We also drafted targeted emails that would deploy through the automations. These emails contributed significantly to the doubling of website email referrals.

LION also supported the client through social media efforts. We drafted 60+ social media posts, curated newsletters, and wrote LinkedIn blog posts.

Twitter and LinkedIn’s new website referrals surpassed the previous quarter. The social media platforms’ reach/impressions and follows/page likes increased during the same period, in alignment with an organic growth rate, and the engagement rates demonstrated a noticeable increase indicating that we were capturing the right audience.
